1.  I cannot see your favorites list. 

Solution: Check how many images are included in the package you paid for. Favorite exactly the same amount. No less. No more. If you have less, add random photos. If you have more, remove or purchase $5 each.

 

2. You cannot narrow down. 

Solution: a.  You can book an appointment with me.  b.  Purchase more $5 each.

 

3.  Watermark is covering your face.

Solution:  a.  You can book an appointment with me.  b.  Purchase a watermark removal fee.

 

4.  You’d like to exchange a photo/photos after downloading.

Solution:  Create a new favorite list, e-transfer $5 each and let me know.
